Diffusers 
Many Candles have harsh chemicals that are being released into the air when you light them. Having a natural, safe alternative is important. Diffusers are great for a subtle, yet pleasant smell. We have switched over from strong smelling candles, to essential oils being diffused throughout our home. We use peppermint for holidays and it is also great for headaches; we also use lavender for relaxation and stress reductions; and lemon is great for increasing energy and bringing a light, clean smell throughout the house. Smoothie Essentials

Some of my very favorite things to make during the week are smoothies! It is a quick easy way to get a filling, nutritious snack during a busy day. I would recommend using a decent blender to make sure you get a nice smooth texture. Having a chunky smoothie can be hard to take down. Smoothies are a great way to get in your vitamins and prevent yourself and your family members from eating junk food. Freezing smoothies can also turn into a great summer "ice cream" for the kids (especially if its a nice smooth texture).

Sambucol-Natural Cold Killer
Winter Cold? Feeling a little under the weather? My family and I use sambucol as a go to. Sambucol has black elderberry extract, which is a natural antioxidant. It has twice the antioxidant effects of blueberries and cranberries. This a natural, chemical free product that is extremely effective. It is great for a preventative method this time of year.

Himalayan Salt Lamp 

The Himalayan Salt Lamp has many benefits (other than looking nice) in the home/ office. It creates a sense of happiness by releasing negative ion to increase blood and oxygen levels to the brain. It helps to balance this neurotoxic environment we are surrounded by. Neurotoxicity surrounds us by constant wifi connections, cellphones, sitting in front of a screen all day, watching television for long periods, etc. It is good to have a balance in your environment. The Himalayan salt lamp can help reduce stress and bring relaxation.

I would recommend the one I use because it is not too big or too small and adds a good piece to the living room/ bedroom/ etc.  This is the Himalayan Salt Lamp I use.
